Old Scholars will be saddened to hear of the death of ex-staff member Janie Stagg in July 2023. Janie worked at the school in the 1980s and was Boys' Matron for a number of years. Her children Chris Wright (YG 1977) and Sarah Ninot (née Wright, YG 1979) both attended Friends'.
