We are very sad to hear from Janet Chamley (nee Fairs) that Roger Browning (YG 10938) who attended the school from 1931-1938, died earlier this month (May 2018).
His family farmed at Tey Brook Farm next to Janet's parents farm at Great Tey, Essex. Janet's parents met there and Roger's parents recommended FSSW for her sister and herself.

Roger lived at Tey Brook Farm all his life and died there at the grand age of 94.
